Orders are picked and packed on working days, in the order they arrive. Once it leaves us you get a tracking email — check the promotions folder if it has not shown up.
Returns It is not right for us. What now?
Every order is covered by the 30-Day Calm Guarantee. Send us the order number within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return or a refund. You do not have to justify it.
Orders Can I change or cancel an order?
If it has not been packed yet, yes. Send the order number from your confirmation email and we will sort it.
