Delivery Where is my order?

Orders placed before 2:00 pm Bangkok time (GMT+7) start packing the same day. We pack Monday to Saturday, in the order they arrive. Once it leaves us you get a tracking email — if it has not arrived, check your spam or junk folder.

Returns It is not right for us. What now?

Every order is covered by the 30-Day Calm Guarantee. Send us the order number within 30 days of delivery, with a photo if something arrived damaged, and we will put it right — your money back, or credit worth 20 percent more. You keep the product; there is nothing to post back.

Orders Can I change or cancel an order?

If it has not been packed yet, yes. Send the order number from your confirmation email and we will sort it.
