FAQ
Most pets need to meet a new thing before they will use it, so give it a few days rather than judging it on day one. If they still will not take to it, the 30-Day Calm Guarantee covers you.
Every product page lists what it is designed for and what it is not. If you are unsure, take the two-minute Fit Quiz.
Orders leave our partner warehouse within 1–3 business days and take a further 12–18 business days to arrive, so allow 13–21 business days in total (business days are Monday to Saturday). Every order is tracked and you get the tracking link by email the moment it is dispatched. Shipping is $4.95, or free on orders of $75 or more.
Every Furlet order is covered by the 30-Day Calm Guarantee. Get in touch within 30 days of delivery and we will put it right — your money back, or credit worth 20 percent more. You keep the product; there is nothing to post back.

Where our reviews come from
Furlet is new, so we do not have our own customer reviews yet. The reviews on this page were left on our manufacturer's marketplace listing for this exact product, by people who bought it there. They describe the same product, not a purchase from Furlet.
We show all of them that describe this product, including the critical ones, with the reviewer's display name as it appears on the source. Reviews written in another language are shown in machine translation. Furlet has not paid for or edited any review. Where a review on the source listing clearly described a different item, it was left out. Ratings without a written comment are shown as stars only.
As Furlet orders arrive, reviews from our own customers will replace these.
