Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of furlet.com and to any order you place with us. By using this site or buying from it, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our privacy policy, refund policy and shipping policy, which form part of these terms.

This store is operated by Furlet Official ("Furlet", "we", "us"), 72/68 Banglamung 8 Alley, Chon Buri 20150, Thailand.

1. Who can buy from us

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract where you live. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, or breach any law that applies to you when you use this site.

2. Our products

We photograph and describe everything as accurately as we can. Colours can still vary slightly between screens, and measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change or discontinue a product at any time.

Our products are pet accessories. They are not veterinary devices and nothing on this site is veterinary advice. If your pet is unwell, injured, or you are unsure whether a product suits them, speak to your vet. Supervise your pet when they are using anything you buy from us.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and include any tax we are required to charge. Prices exclude delivery, which is shown at checkout, and exclude any import duties or taxes your own country may levy — see our shipping policy.

We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already placed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

4. Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you pay. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if we cannot ship to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, you get a full refund.

You are responsible for giving us an accurate delivery address and a working email address.

5. Delivery and returns

Delivery times, costs and import charges are set out in our shipping policy. Your right to cancel, return and be refunded is set out in our refund policy. Both are part of these terms.

6. Your account and anything you submit

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for what happens under it. Tell us promptly if you think someone else is using it.

If you send us a review, photo, question or other content, you keep ownership of it but give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our business. Do not send us anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content at our discretion, but we are not obliged to monitor it.

7. Our site

The design, text, images and code on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell or systematically extract any part of it without our written permission.

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by things beyond our reasonable control, such as customs delays, carrier disruption, extreme weather or supplier failure. If one occurs we will tell you and, where the delay is substantial, offer you a refund.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Please check back before ordering again.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, where our business is based. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law that applies where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own country of residence if the law there allows it.
