Email us
This is the fastest way to reach us and the best one for anything to do with an order. We reply within two working days, usually sooner. Include your order number if you have one — it saves a round trip.
We do not offer telephone support. Everything is handled by email so there is a written record of what was agreed, which protects you as much as us.
