Furlet is a small independent shop. We do not manufacture anything, and we will not tell you otherwise.

What we are
Furlet Official is a small online shop, run from Chon Buri in Thailand. One person, one inbox, and a short list of everyday pet things.
We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. We do not design, engineer or produce anything we sell. Everything on this site is made by an established third-party manufacturer and sold here under our own storefront. We would rather say that plainly on the first page you read than let you assume otherwise.
Why so few
Most pet shops carry thousands of items. We carry seven.
That is not modesty, it is capacity. One person can only stand behind a handful of things properly: know what they are for, know what they are not for, and answer a real question about them the same day. A longer list would look more impressive and mean less.
So the catalogue stays short, and every product page tries to say what the thing does not do as well as what it does.
How it reaches you
It ships from our supplier's warehouse, not from a unit down the road. That is why delivery runs to roughly 13 to 21 business days rather than two, and why that number is on the shipping page rather than buried in it.
Every order is tracked. The number reaches you by email once the parcel leaves. Prices are in US dollars and shipping is free over $75.
If it is not right, email us. The 30-day guarantee is written to be used. There is no returns portal and no form to fill in: a person reads the message and replies.
We would rather be the shop that told you it takes three weeks than the one that let you find out.
A note from the owner
Furlet is new. There are no customer reviews on this site yet, because there have not been enough orders to have any. I would rather show you nothing than show you something I invented, so that space stays empty until it can be filled honestly.
There is no Instagram, TikTok or Facebook page either. Not out of principle, we simply have not built them yet, and I would rather not point you at accounts that do not exist.
What is here is real: a short list of ordinary pet things, an email address a person actually reads, and a refund policy written to be used rather than survived. If something turns up wrong, write to me and I will sort it out.
That is the whole offer. It is not a large one, but every part of it is true.
